About

I started Classicals.de with a simple idea: to make classical music freely and easily accessible to everyone.

Over the past two years, I’ve recorded hundreds of pieces to build a growing library of nearly 800 high-quality recordings. To keep my recordings available to everyone, they’re free for personal and non-commercial use under Creative Commons licenses. For commercial projects, I offer licenses for my own recordings in exchange for a donation, allowing you to choose an amount that feels right for your project.

Alongside the royalty-free recordings, you’ll find curated selections, downloadable sheet music, and historical context. It’s a resource for music enthusiasts, artists, producers, teachers, and anyone who wants to discover, explore, and enjoy classical music. The collection features timeless works by composers like Mozart, Beethoven, Bach, Debussy, Chopin, Schubert, Vivaldi, and many more.

I work on this project whenever I can to add more music and features over time, and it relies entirely on donations to keep going.

If you find joy, inspiration, or peace here, please consider supporting the project. Even a small donation helps cover costs and gives me time to keep building and recording.

Thank you for being part of this journey.
